  • 4 morcovi
  • 3 oua
  • 150g zahar
  • 150g faina
  • 1 plic de praf de copt
  • 100g de pudra de migdale
  • 1 lamaie
  • 1 portocala
  • 1 varf de scortisoara
  • 1 varf de nucsoara
  • sare
  • unt pentru uns forma de prajitura
  • glasaj: 125g de cream cheese (gen Philadelphia), 2 linguri de unt la temperatura camerei, 3/4 ceasca de zahar, 1/2 lingurita de extras de vanilie

Preincalziti cuptorul la 180°C.

Radeti morcovii, radeti coaja de lamaie si de portocala si recuperati zeama.

Amestecati galbenurile cu zaharul, apoi faina si praful de copt, coaja de lamaie si portocala, 2 linguri de zeama de lamaie, 2 linguri de zeama de portocale. Adaugati apoi pudra de migdale, scortisoara, nucsoara si sarea.

Bateti albusurile spuma, adaugati peste compozitia anterioara , amestecati delicat si morcovii rasi.

Puneti la cuptor 40-45 de minute.

Dupa ce se raceste adaugati crema de glasaj.
