Supă de dovleac cu lapte de cocos

INGREDIENTE

  • 1 dovleac butternut sau longue de Nice
  • 1 ceapa
  • 200 ml lapte de cocos
  • 1 lingura ulei de masline
  • sare si piper

Caliti ceapa taiata in lamele 10 minute in uleiul de masline. Curatati dovleacul si taiati-l in cuburi, apoi puneti la fiert cu 1 litru de apa 25 de minute.

Pastrati apa in care a fiert dovleacul, mixati dovleacul cu laptele de cocos, sare, piper, apoi adaugati apa in care a fiert dovleacul pentru a obtine o consistenta onctuoasa.

Optional – puteti adauga putin curry, sau putina nuca de cocos macinata pentru un plus de savoare.
