Salată taboulé de kale cu brânză

INGREDIENTE

  • un buchet de kale
  • 80g de cuscus sau quinoa + 240 ml de apa sau supa de legume
  • un buchetel de coriandru si unul de patrunjel
  • 30 g de seminte de dovleac
  • 30 g de telemea sau feta sfaramata
  • 120 ml de sos (4 linguri de zeama de lamaie + 4 linguri de ulei de masline + 2 linguri de otet balsamic + 1 lingurita de coaja de lamaie bio + 1 lingura de ceapa taiata fin + 1 lingurita de mustar iute + 1/2 lingurita sare + piper +1 lingurita de curcuma daca aveti:)

Fierbeti apa/supa si puneti-o intr-un castron mare peste cuscus/quinoa. Lasati 10 minute sa se absoarba tot lichidul.

Amestecati intr-un castron mare de salata kale si verdeata taiate fin, adaugati cuscus/quinoa, sosul de salata si apoi semintele de dovleac. Lasati 1 ora la frigider.
