Salată de brocoli rumenit cu avocado

INGREDIENTE

  • cateva buchetele de brocoli
  • ulei de masline
  • 6 linguri de verdeata (coriandru, ciboulette, patrunjel…)
  • 1 lingura de tahini (pasta de susan)
  • 1 lingura de zeama de lamaie
  • 1 avocado
  • sare / piper
  • optional 100g de quinoa fiert

Incalziti cuptorul la 200°C. Rupeti brocoli in buchetele mici si puneti-le in tava cu hartie de copt, cu ulei de masline si sare. Lasati 30 de minute la cuptor pana cand brocoli incepe sa se rumeneasca.

Intr-un castron de salata amestecati cu furculita verdeata, tahini, zeama de lamaie, un varf de sare si adaugati cate putina apa pana cand obtineti o textura cremoasa dar nu foarte groasa.

Adaugati brocoli rumenit si avocado taiat cuburi/felii si putin piper proaspat macinat.
