Cartofi noi la cuptor cu usturoi și rozmarin

NGREDIENTE:

  • 750g de cartofi noi cu tot cu coaja
  • 3 catei de usturoi
  • 2 linguri de ulei de masline si 20g de unt (sau 4 linguri ulei de masline:)
  • 2 fire de rozmarin
  • 1 lingura de sare de mare grunjoasa

Spalati bine si stergeti cartofii fara sa le scoateti coaja. Topiti untul si adaugati uleiul intr-o cratita, puneti usturoiul, cartofii (daca sunt mai mari taiati in 2, daca sunt mici intregi), rozmarinul si sarea. Lasati la foc mic la cuptor 1 ora, inainte de servire presarati putin rozmarin proaspat pe deasupra!
